We are a family and veteran owned artisan bakery café serving full restaurant breakfast and lunch, sourdough breads, croissants, organic loose-leaf teas, coffee & espresso brewed by hand.
100% of the dishes on our restaurant menu are made-from-scratch using local ingredients as much as possible and all of our sandwiches are made with our own bread. Our breads and pastries are made from organic flour largely from New York and Vermont and hand shaped and baked in our kitchen every morning.
We offer a range of artisan breads for sale daily by the loaf. Our sourdough bread is made using traditional methods and a naturally leavened fermentation process which takes about 24 hours. All of our breads are baked fresh each morning and include local and organic ingredients.
